We believe that education is a collaborative enterprise involving parents, staff, children, governors, the Local Authority and a range of other agencies. We are committed to establishing and maintaining an effective and purposeful working relationship between home and school.
We recognise the importance of ensuring we have a strong partnership with families of children in our school, and value their involvement in the life of the school.
Plesase note in the policies 'Parent(s)' is a wide reference not only to a pupil's birth parents but to adoptive, step and foster parents, or other persons who have parental responsibility for, or who have care of, a pupil.
